The firm tends to deal with SME to medium sized businesses; transactions impressively range in size roughly from £20m to £600million with the Corporate and Commercial Property departments recently having undertaken some seriously heavy weight work, giving much larger firms a run for their money. About 60% of their work has an International flavour, the work is often complex, varied and high value. The practice has a progressive and dynamic culture with a varying range of levels of experience, further enhancing the culture. The firm is well-known for their particular expertise and reputation with HNW individuals, recently having undertaken lots of work for an ultra HNW Russian client base.
The firm has within the last 24 months attracted some heavy weight Partners with big client bases. They have plans to steadily grow over the next couple of years.
The firm are seeking to hire a Commercial Property Partner into their West End, London office.
The Commercial Property department has a wealth of expertise, they are not just technically strong but also excellent at building business. With increased work load they are now looking to make a new hire. The work load will be broad, making for an interesting role, this will include; Acquisitions and disposals, Investment, Development, Landlord and Tenant and Portfolio management. The department works across a number of different industry sectors. Transactions vary in size massively, ranging from £5million to £70million.
The client based that the department deals with is particularly entrepreneurial and very interesting.
You will have the following:
- You will have at least eight years PQE in Commercial Property (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
- Have a strong technical knowledge
- Have a good billings history
- You will be the type of candidate who can build solid client relationships
- Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package and lucrative bonus structure.
