The Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Associate / Partner to join this stand out Top Tier firm in their Oxford office.

Corporate transactional work is the largest area of their practice and includes M&A, finance, joint ventures, corporate governance and banking. The majority of their M&A work is in the mid-market, ranging from £1m - £1 bn. The firm guide their clients through every aspect of the deal, from initial negotiations through to post-completion integration.

The firm can offer a springboard for progression, and this role would suit a candidate perhaps in a top-heavy department, seeking a route to Partnership.

Requirements:

• You will be an experienced Corporate Lawyer with at least 6 years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of PQE)
• You will be technically strong
• You will have exceptional interpersonal skills
• You will possess excellent business development skills
