The Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a flourishing office in Reading, Berkshire.

The Commercial Property department deals with an excellent quality of work. You will find that there is a varied caseload, which will make for a much more interesting role. The caseload will include; Acquisitions and disposals, Commercial leases, Landlord and tenant, Development and Portfolio management.

You will join a friendly and supportive team that have a nice social aspect.

Requirements:

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE
• You will have good technical knowledge
• You should have a positive outlook and work well within a team
• Salary is competitive and dependent on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package.
