We are currently looking for a talented Lawyer to join us in our Manchester office to run a caseload of Clinical Negligence cases.  You will be a team player with the ability develop and maintain excellent client relationships and will be keen to engage in marketing and business development opportunities.

The role:

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and highly motivated Assistant Executive You will be conducting and managing a full caseload of Fast track or Multi Track Clinical Negligence cases, under supervision. You will also have sound theoretical knowledge of the work and an ability to conduct cases from beginning to end. We are looking for someone with experience of handling Fast track PI claims including experience of the litigation process. In addition, you must have excellent communication and prioritisation skills and enjoy working as part of a team

Key Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Pre-Action Protocols, CPR and funding
  • Law degree or common Professional examination/Graduate Diploma in law
  • Experience running clinical negligence cases
  • Someone who is self-sufficient and thrives in a busy working environment
  • Excellent communication and client care skills, demonstrating an ability to empathise with vulnerable clients
  • Empathy with the Labour Trade movement is desirable
