A reputable legal 500 firm in Staffordshire is looking to bolster their new build department with the appointment of a new build senior paralegal.
This opportunity for a new build senior paralegal arises due to expansion. You will come into this team working directly with a senior solicitors who has over ten years’ experience in this field so there will be plenty of opportunity to expand and develop you skill set.
To be considered for this opportunity you must have experience of working in a new build conveyancing department handling your own caseload of matters from instruction through to completion to include freehold and leasehold new builds. Knowledge of new build developers is essentials along with a customer focus to both client and developer.
As a new build senior paralegal within this team you will gain the opportunity to network and business develop and the firm does offer extremely good progression prospects.
