Job Details
Are you a Construction Litigation Solicitor looking to add a prestigious Top 50 law firm to your CV? The firm offer commercial advice internationally and are looking for a Construction Litigation Solicitor to join then on a full time, permanent basis. The firm, based in Birmingham, have expanded substantially over the years and are looking for a Construction Litigation Solicitor to join them in their continued success.
The Role
- Broad range of construction litigation matters, including but not limited to; Alternative dispute resolution, including adjudication and mediation
- Dispute avoidance and risk management, contractual interpretation and professional negligence.
- General advisory work
- Knowledge of FIDIC and NEC is desirable
The ideal candidate will be 0-2 years PQE, however, this has been given as an approximate guide for applicants, and candidates who fall outside of this PQE range but who have the relevant knowledge/skills will also be considered. This is the perfect role for a Construction Litigation Solicitor looking to establish themselves within a leading international law firm.
