Due to succession planning, a senior level opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join one of the North East’s leading Legal 500 firms in the Stockton on Tees office.
This well-regarded regional full service law firm boasts an excellent reputation in undertaking a broad array of commercial property acquisitions and disposals of large investment properties, retail developments, residential portfolios, landlord and tenant and agricultural property.
To be successful in your application, you will be an experienced commercial property solicitor 4 PQE+/associate with a strong reputation across the Teesside and wider North East region.
You will undertake an integral role in continuing to build on the success of the commercial property department in all aspects of business development and will utilise your existing client contacts.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial property solicitor to join a Teesside based firm at a strategic time in its expansion and long term plans.
