Senior Private Client Solicitor

My client is looking for a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join their Liverpool City Centre offices. The firm are a Top 50 legal practice, which offers a multi-sectored service which includes insurance, marine, employment, family, regulatory, corporate and commercial. The role

My client is looking for a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join their Liverpool City Centre offices. The firm’s Private Client team includes experienced Solicitors, and members of Solicitors for the Elderly and STEP qualified practitioners. You will be joining a small team in the Liverpool office, however will also be working closely with the wider national private client team across the firm.

As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be exposed to a variety of exceptional quality work. You will manage a varied caseload of Private Client matters, specifically including high value/complex probate work and estate planning for high net worth clients. You will therefore have a keen interest and vast experience in all aspects of private client law, but particularly high value/complex probate work and estate planning for high net worth individuals. You will be well organised, have an empathetic and professional approach to clients and will work well individually and as part of a team.

The candidate

You will be a Solicitor qualified to practice in England and Wales with at least four years PQE.

You must be confident in running a private client caseload, particularly high value/complex probate work and estate planning for high net worth individuals, unsupervised on a daily basis.
