Job Details
An opportunity has arisen for a Home Based Conveyancing fee earner to join a national firm handling a full caseload. For this role you must be either a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer and you must have experience handling a caseload independently. This is a very unique opportunity for a confident conveyancer to undertake a full time home based role.
You must have at least 2 years experience handling a full caseload from instruction to post completion with zero supervision - it is important you have the confidence to handle any matters. The caseload will consist of 80 - 100 files therefore experience with this size caseload is essential.The firm provide all necessary infrastructure for you to access the relevant systems and video conferences to speak with the team and assistants at any point during the day. The firm have modern technology that enables this set up to run seamlessly.The closest main office will be Manchester and you will be required to spend 2 weeks here as an induction, the role will then be 100% home based.
