An experienced Residential Conveyancing specialist is required for an excellent opportunity with an award-winning law firm.  The salary on offer is negotiable depending on experience plus an enviable benefits package.

My client is very well established and are recognised as a leading player within Conveyancing.  Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a technically strong Residential Conveyancer to check, draft and advise on complex Conveyancing documentation as and when this may arise during a Conveyancing transaction.  You will not carry a caseload but instead, will advise and resolve technical queries to ensure, where possible, that a transaction is not delayed.  You will also identify training needs, working closely with the Training team to improve knowledge across the business.

Applications are invited from technically strong Residential Conveyancers who have solid experience of the entire Conveyancing process and experience of using a Case Management System.  It is essential that you are used to working within a fast-paced environment and that you are able to prioritise your work to resolve queries as efficiently as possible. It doesn’t matter if you are a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive as long as you have the required experience.
