Job Details
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor to join a legal 500 law firm at their Birmingham city centre office.
As an Employment Solicitor within this firm you will be working independently but closely with the litigation team advising both employers and employees on all aspects of Employment law. You must be able to hit the ground running coming into a varied caseload comprising of both contentious and non-contentious matters.
Business development is key in this role, turning enquiries into instructions whilst also bringing in your own work via networking. Experience of this is crucial.
To be considered as an Employment lawyer within this team you must have at least 8 years’ experience in Employment law. A good training back ground is essential along with a good commercial acumen.
This Birmingham-based role arises as part of a wider strategic aim to grow the department. You will work closely with other partners across the department and there will be a real sense of everyone working together for the common goal.
