My client is a leading Legal 100 firm with offices across the Country. They have a rare opportunity for a highly ambitious and motivated individual to join their corporate team based in Bristol.
The corporate team supports clients on a range of corporate transactions, but primarily M&A, private equity deals and joint ventures.
This is an exciting opportunity for an NQ Corporate Solicitor to join a supportive, ambitious and innovative team, and would suit an individual looking for a challenge and who is keen to display their technical and practical legal skills. This Corporate Solicitor role offers the successful candidate the chance to work closely with senior lawyers, providing advice to clients directly, and holds genuine prospects of advancement.
