Job Details
One of the most highly regarded firms in Berkshire are looking for a fairly junior solicitor to re-train into the area of Court of Protection.
The ideal candidate with be a solicitor or legal executive with some private client experience or clinical negligence or personal injury experience. The main criteria is that you would really WANT to get involved in Court of protection work, looking after and channelling the finances of clients who have been awarded amounts but are not in the position to look after the running of it themselves.
This is a really unusual chance to cross train and at the same time join a team that is both dedicated and still retain a good sense of humour. There is a huge amount of face to face meetings with clients, so someone with empathy and people skills is a must.
