An opportunity has come up within the property Litigation team of one of the UKs leading commercial firms at their office in Cambridge.

The successful candidate will be joining a team dealing with a caseload of real estate litigation matters arising out of things such as purchases and disposals of real estate, security of tenure, development disputes, disturbance issues, co ownership, insolvency and professional negligence

The firm work on a regular flow of big ticket, high value and high profile work on behalf of their clients who include owners, developers, investors, management companies and occupiers and attract work from many national and international companies.

It is likely to have a background working in a city or national commercial practice in the area of real estate litigation and will ideally be able to demonstrate between 1-6 years PQE in this specialist area. You will be looking to progress your career with one of the best commercial law firms in the UK and continue your development working alongside some of the leading property litigation lawyers around, both in Cambridge as well as across their other offices.

You will enjoy plenty of client contact and will become a key member of the team right from day 1.

The salary for this role will be based on experience but will be at the top end of market rate for Cambridge and will be part as part of an excellent package including a good pension, generous annual leave, health insurance. gym membership and much more.
