Job Details
An excellent opportunity for a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor has arisen within a Local Authority in the East Midlands. The contract is ideally to start ASAP for a minimum period of 4 months and there is a strong chance that it could be extended.
You will be responsible for providing property legal advice and assistance to client departments on a wide range of property issues, including industrial leases and right to buys.
Applications will be considered from qualified Lawyers, Solicitors and Legal Executives with strong Local Authority experience. Ideally, the client is looking to secure a candidate on a full-time basis, however part-time options may also be considered.
On offer is an hourly rate of £30 to £40, dependent upon experience.
