A senior insolvency litigation solicitor is required to join an expanding in-house organisation who are one of the leaders in their field. The current in-house legal team of 4 is growing to meet high client demand. 

The firm is backed by high profile blue-chip shareholders and a leading private equity investors and currently hold a unique place in the changing litigation funding market.

The ideal insolvency litigator will have 8-10 years+ PQE in commercial litigation and will be able to handle the management of cases from inception through to completion. This will include pre-acquisition case due diligence, offer structuring and management of out sourced solicitor, barrister and expert resources through the life cycle of the cases. This is a brand new role and as part of a small in-house legal team you will be able to show good commercial acumen, numeracy, project management skills and strong interpersonal skills.
