A leading regional practice with significant strength in its core commercial litigation and real estate group is seeking to appoint a senior property litigator to join their expanding team in Solihull.
 
The commercial litigation team expanded last year with the appointment of a highly experienced property litigation solicitor from a reputable law firm. The property litigation side of things has now grown extensively and the firm is looking to add another senior property litigator to join the team.
 
You will come in to a small caseload of commercial issues/disputes which are property related, working closely with another experienced solicitor and the commercial property department.
 
The role itself would be full time but for a highly experienced candidate part time will be considered. To be considered for this property litigation solicitor opportunity you must have extensive experience (5 years upwards) of handling a broad range of property litigation matters. You must also have the desire to develop this offering and help grow the department.
