We are looking for applicants with good technical knowledge (ideally in a Local Government context – although this is not essential) and able to demonstrate a “can do” approach.
You must be organised and be able to work under pressure with minimal supervision while being a valuable team player and be able to manage conflicting priorities to deadlines. Applicants must also have excellent communication skills enabling them to build strong relationships with clients.
Corporate Lawyer (Corporate and Commercial Litigation Team) - Permanent Contract
Experience of and a proven track record in all aspects of complex employment law and practice, education law (in particular special educational needs appeals) and information governance matters, including advocacy experience in the Tribunals arenas. You should also have experience of advising all levels of management, negotiating and drafting complex agreements.
