Employment Solicitor.

A leading commercial focused practise in Northampton and Milton Keynes is looking to recruit a highly successful qualified Employment Solicitor to join their respondent focused employment team. 
 
You will ideally be experienced in a broad range of respondent matters, from general employment advice to large SME’s, PLC’s, FTSE 350 entities, as well as some national clients. Aside from this there is also an interest in candidates with director level employee work. You will have ideally trained with a leading Legal 500 firm in Milton Keynes or Northampton, and you will be known locally within the local commercial market. 
 
You will be dealing with matters such as drafting employment contracts and service agreements, compromise agreements, IT3’s, witness statements, consultancy contracts and other employment and human resources related documents, rafting seminar materials and presenting seminars and workshops, drafting marketing materials, negotiating settlements on behalf of clients, marketing and promoting the firm, our services and expertise whenever possible, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in the relevant law., maintaining quality of service and client relationship both internally and externally., assisting with the organisation of work experience placements for students., handling Employment Tribunal cases, contributing to developing and growing the Employment Team.
 
The role presents a great opportunity if you are a successful employment solicitor with ideally at least 3 years PQE and a desire to be actively involved in the further development of this successful department.
