Conveyancing Paralegal

Established law firm in Newcastle seeks a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their expanding conveyancing department. You will work as part of a team and support an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor in everyday tasks, using case management systems.

Duties will include; dealing with providing quotations, taking ID, completing forms and applications, handling general queries/updates, assisting with completions, conducting searches, title checks, typing various letters, drafting contacts, liaising with clients, solicitors, referrers and estate agents.

You will need:

• A minimum of 12 months experience as a Conveyancing Assistant/Paralegal,
• Good communication skills,
• Case management experience preferred,
• Knowledge of Liberate an advantage,
• The ability to work on own initiative and prioritise a busy workload,

This role offers a competitive salary.  Working hours are 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday with 25 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays, and good healthcare and benefits package.
