Employment Solicitor (Part-Time)

Venn Group's specialist Legal Division is currently recruiting for an Employment Solicitor for a public sector organisation in the West Midlands. The client is seeking to secure a suitable candidate to join them on permanent, part-time basis who is looking for agile working.

The client is looking to expand their Employment team due to an increase in workload and this position will particularly suit candidates who wish to have more flexibility in terms of their work/life balance. It may also be especially attractive to experienced Lawyers who wish to reduce their working hours, whilst not compromising on the quality of their work.

The firm predominantly acts on behalf of large scale clients; however the successful candidate will be working within a small, friendly legal team that offers agile working.

The ideal candidate will need to have experience handling a range of Employment Law matters and people from both a private practice and public sector backgrounds will be considered. The client is seeking a candidate with an appetite to win new business and the ability to build up their own workload and reputation, whilst offering the flexibility of agile working.

This role offers an attractive salary that is negotiable depending on experience.
