Contract type: Permanent

Hours per week: 37

We have a Conveyancing position available for highly motivated solicitor or barrister to cover a range of property work in particular the following key areas:

• Progressing leases and other land issues for schools converting to Academies;

• Acquisition and disposal of freehold properties;

• Leasehold transactions including preparation of commercial leases, agricultural leases and telecommunications leases;

• Easements and wayleaves;

• Applications to register land as town or village greens;

• Various licences
