Contentious Construction Solicitor.
A leading Legal 100 firm in Tunbridge Wells is looking for a Contentious Construction Solicitor who has experience in a range of construction related litigation.
The contentious construction team handles a wide variety of construction litigation including disputes under all forms of building contracts, disputes under professional appointments, warranty based claims, insolvency and payment disputes as well as construction related professional negligence.
Clients include property investment companies, local authorities, developers, retailers and high net-worth individuals.
