This role would ideally suit a highly motivated, personable newly qualified or junior Solicitor who has working knowledge of companies legislation and insolvency legislation and ideally some insolvency/restructuring as well as general commercial litigation experience. Applications from more qualified Solicitors will also be considered. The successful candidate will be able to confidently handle the variety of work, manage their own caseload and assist the Directors in developing and maintaining effective client relationships.
