Corporate Finance NQ - 3PQE
A high profile, well regarded Sussex law firm with an established reputation in Corporate Finance is looking to recruit a Solicitor at the early stages of their career (NQ - 3 years PQE).
Work will include a range of transactions to include general mergers, disposals and acquisitions; MBO's; MBI's; private equity, investments and bank funded acquisitions; joint ventures and investment agreements; advising banks on acquisition and structured finance as well as secured lending transactions and corporate structuring.
Experience within one of the following market sectors would be beneficial: charities, aviation, travel, manufacturing or financial services.
A strong academic background and training at a City or leading regional practice is preferred.
