It is common place for their Solicitors to be called upon by the media such as Sky and the BBC for their opinion, interview and first comment due to their high level of expertise. They have the highest level of expertise for legal aid work and are now one of the largest firms in the country, although they have a growing private arm to the business which already has a reputation for dealing with high-quality work.

Within the last year, the firm has taken on over 30 new members of staff, bringing their total headcount to over 140 staff. The role

The firm is seeking to hire a Private Client Solicitor to join their City of London office.

You will work alongside one other Consultant Solicitor, who used to be a Partner at the firm. This department has been established for several years, they are currently in a position where they are having to turn away work due to being too busy. This opportunity will place you at the forefront of the Private Client department. You will grow the department working closely with the Property Partner, it comes with excellent prospects for Head of Department and Partnership.

You will deal with your own broad caseload of; Wills, Trusts, Estates, Probates and Lasting powers of attorney.

Requirements

• You will be a Private Client Solicitor with at least five years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• You should have good experience of dealing with a Private Client caseload
• You should have strong interpersonal skills and communicate well.
• Working well within a team is essential
• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package and a lucrative bonus structure
