Corporate/Commercial Solicitor
A leading regional practice with offices throughout Wiltshire is seeking to appoint a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor. On a daily basis, the successful candidate will be advising on the sale and purchase of businesses, shareholder and partnership agreements, terms of business and commercial agreements. Additional experience of Commercial Property work will be advantageous.
