The role

The firm is seeking to hire a Child Abduction to join their City of London office.
You will work alongside a highly experienced team of circa. 20 staff, although there are five fee earners in the child abduction unit. The firm are Nationally regarded for their level of expertise in this area. This role would place you just under the Head of Department, the department is busy and growing and subsequently this role comes with great prospects. The caseload would include; international child abduction cases under the Hague Convention for both Applicant and Respondents, applications under the Inherent Jurisdiction/wardship, enforcement/recognition under Brussels II Revised, international permission to remove/relocation cases, private law children cases and domestic violence applications

Requirements

• You will be a Child Abduction Solicitor with at least five years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience and I would urge even the most experienced of candidates to apply)
• You should have strong Child Abduction experience
• You should have strong interpersonal skills and communicate well.
• Working well within a team is essential
