South London
3 years PQE +
Currently seeking a property lawyer to join a long established high street firm based in South East London. This position would suit a Residential Property lawyer with the ability to take on a small percentage of Commercial property matters (20%).
You will manage a busy, mixed caseload of Residential & Commercial Property matters (80/20) including but not limited to: the sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, new build properties, properties sold or purchased at auction, drafting & grant of new leases, leasehold extensions & variations. remortgages, transfer of equity and equity release schemes.
My client has a strong reputation for excellence and professional legal services which they provide in a friendly and approachable manner. You will undertake high-quality work for clients from different backgrounds ranging from high net worth individuals, businesses and developers to first time buyers and the elderly.
In return my client is offering a generous salary with bonus schemes along with genuine partnership prospects for the right candidate.
