Your new role
A commercial legal position reporting into the Head of UK Legal, as part of an immediate team of three lawyers. Focused on commercial matters, you will negotiate and draft global agreements with customers, partners and suppliers, as well as providing sound commercial support to stakeholders at all levels within the organisation. Further, you will support the business on ad hoc employment, data protection, disputes management, real estate and corporate governance matters as a rounded generalist, taking on good levels of responsibility.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be a UK qualified commercial lawyer, ideally with demonstrable IT sector experience. You will have trained either at a reputable practice firm or in an in-house technology legal team, with 1-3 PQE, though candidates with relevant experience at other levels will also be considered. You will have had strong exposure to technology agreements, while having the ability to negotiate and review agreements in a fast-paced international environment. You will thrive in advising on varied matters including data protection and employment, as part of a small team, and you will be able to manage stakeholders from a demanding sales function through to the Board. You will possess excellent commercial acumen, communication skills and the ability to integrate yourself across a wider business as a business asset.
