Job Details
Are you a Commercial Property solicitor looking to work in a global law firm? The firm, based in Newcastle are looking for a Commercial Property solicitor to join them on a 3 to 6 month basis, to start as soon as possible. The firm offer a full business law service, and this in turn attracts high quality top level work. They are looking for a Commercial Property solicitor to join them, and complement the highest possible standards they offer to their clients.
The role
As a Commercial Property Solicitor you will handle an interesting and varied caseload of Commercial Property matters including landlord and tenant, property development, acquisitions/disposals and estate management. You will also work for a varied client base including but not limited to developers, lenders, commercial property owners retailers and investors.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years+ PQE, however this PQE limit has been given purely as a guide so candidates that have the suitable skills that fall outside of this remit will still be strongly considered. The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will be able to hit the ground running within the Commercial Property department. There is also scope for the role to be extended, and possibly made permanent for the right candidate.
