Job Details

Defendant Personal Injury Solicitor - A London Law firm has a requirement for a defendant personal injury solicitor or legal executive. Essentially, the successful defendant personal injury solicitor will have either experience in travel claims or exposure to high value, large loss and/or casualty litigation. Based in central London this defendant personal injury solicitor role offers the opportunity to work
with a mixed caseload of fast track and multi-track casualty claims brought under the Package Travel Regulations 1992 for insurance, travel, hotel and tour operator company clients. The department works on large loss, complex and sensitive personal injury claims, group actions, policy coverage and inquests. Due to the nature of the work it will involve handling claims under cross border jurisdictions and dealing with private international matters.
As well as handling a caseload there could also be some exposure to the very complex large loss cases which are handled by the partners.
Salary from £45000 to £55,000.
