Job Details
An award winning, leading organisation in their field, with offices in York, are currently looking to recruit a Legal Counsel to join them on a fixed term, full time basis, for a period of up to 6 months. The company are well established and have grown progressively over the years. They are looking for a Legal Counsel who is commercially minded, and available at short notice to support the overspill of contract matters within the in house legal team.
The Role
- Range of contract matters including but not limited to Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a varied range of agreements including NDA's, supplier agreements, T&C's and distribution agreements
- 6 month fixed term contract to start immediately.
The role would be best suited to candidates with around 4+ years PQE who can pick up a variety of contract matters, hit the ground running and able to take a commercial approach to legal queries. This is a brilliant opportunity that would see a Legal Counsel supporting with the overspill of contract matters, making this an ideal commercially focused role.
