This is an excellent opportunity with a very well established Penrith firm, looking for an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive (2 years+), with good previous experience of commercial property and agricultural law.

Ideally, you will have strong commercial knowledge and proven experience in managing your own agricultural and commercial property caseload, along with an ability to engage with both clients and colleagues. The role will include dealing with agricultural and commercial property transactions (both freehold and leasehold), acting for developers, land owners and lenders.

This is a permanent, full time position (part time and flexible hours may be considered) offering excellent career development prospects for the successful candidate.

Salary dependent upon qualifications and experience, IRO £30,000 - £40,0000.
