The Role

Because this firm is expanding, they are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor or fee earner (2+ years experience) for their flourishing Canterbury office, Kent.

The Commercial Property team provide practical advice, tailored to the needs of each client, in purchasing, selling, charging or leasing property, servicing in Commercial Conveyancing (hotels, industrial parks, office blocks, etc), commercial leases, property development, buy to lets, and retail and licensed premises.

Joining a thriving team, you will undertake work in commercial property sales and purchases, landlord and tenant, freehold and leasehold titles, drafting and negotiating contracts for sale, transfers, leases and agreements for lease, licenses, guarantees, legal charges, etc.

You will also be encouraged and supported in business development, networking and marketing.

Requirements
