Intellectual Property Locum – Top London City Law Firm

Our client, a top London City law firm is currently looking for an experienced Intellectual Property Solicitor on a temporary basis whilst they look to recruit someone for the permanent post.

The position will require experience advising on a variety of transactional IP matters including brand licensing and franchising, technology licensing and distribution, IP assignments, IP support to corporate M&A transactions.

The role is likely to last approximately three months however is dependent on when the firm secures someone on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Experience in non-contentious IP (licensing, franchising, distribution, assignment, corporate support)
• Experience in contentious IP, whilst not essential is highly desired
