In-House Legal Counsel

LAW Absolute is currently working on an exclusive basis with an innovative FinTech organisation based in the City of London who are seeking to recruit a commercial lawyer to join their in-house legal team on a permanent basis.

The legal team are highly regarded within the business and the successful candidate will work closely with the Board and executive management team.

This is a broad and varied role and responsibilities will include:

• Advising on a range of general commercial contracts including subcontracting agreements
• Helping to implement effective processes and procedures within the legal team
• Supporting on IP related matters
• Advising on data protection law
• Developing relationships with senior stakeholders within the business

To be considered for the role you should:

• Be a qualified Solicitor
• Be experienced in advising on a range of commercial contracts and in particular subcontracting agreements
• Enjoy working in a fast paced and business facing environment
