I am interested in speaking to experienced residential property lawyers looking for opportunities in the Histon area of Cambridgeshire.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in dealing with their own caseload of residential conveyancing matters. The team deals with the broad range of property matters including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgage and new builds and so ideally you will be able to demonstrate experience of dealing with a similarly broad range of matters. The firm will consider qualified solicitors, legal executives or licensed conveyancers as well as experienced non qualified fee earners.

Joining a small team of 2 current fee earners and 2 assistants and will become an important part of the team right from day one. This firm has gone from strength to strength in recent years across their network of offices and have further plans for growth as a firm. Therefore you will have the opportunity to develop your business development experience and get actively involved in this side of things and develop a name for yourself in the local community.
