Great new role for an experienced conveyancer to join this legal 500 law firm. Located centrally in Kendal this office is easily located by motorway, train and has local on site parking.

This role will see you servicing clients and working as part of a wider theam that is well established and spread out across the North West. Whilst the department and office is established this role does have the potential to develop into a management role as the team grows in size and develops. You will predominantly be dealing with instructions and clients from the local area. Once you have settled within the office you will also be expected to assist with business development within the local community and help the department to become self sufficient.

You will be expected to manage your own files from inception to completion until work levels are high enough to bring in a paralegal and secretary, so previous experience of dealing with transactions from start to finish will be essential for this role. With this position developing into a senior role you will need to have a minimum of 2 years' experience within a conveyancing environment.
