Our Client, a well-established law firm with offices across the UK are seeking a Billing Assistant to join their Costs Department in their Head Office. The firm have a significant hold over the UK market and are known to be a successful, stable and target-driven firm throughout the legal industry.

Main responsibilities

Processing files

Processing of Legal Aid bills

Assisting with payment of invoices

Processing of bills

Liaising with third parties and chambers

General administration of documents – filing, scanning and archiving

Job requirements

Minimum of three A Levels (C or above) or equivalent

Numerical accuracy & attention to detail

Ability to prioritise work & meet deadlines

Excellent communication skills

IT literate with particular competence on Word, Excel and Outlook

Self-motivated and able to display a professional and positive manner at all times
