The Role

The firm are looking for a Corporate Finance Solicitor (NQ) to join this nationally regarded and acclaimed law firm in Horsham, West Sussex.

The Corporate Finance team works in M&A, business finance, corporate structuring, and joint ventures across a wide range of mid to high transactions and contractual work, all with a variety of banks and clients, as well as private equity houses.

The firm have a long and fruitful heritage, and as such have forged very good links in the financial sector; on top of this they embrace technology, and are leaders in their field.

You will work alongside high quality Solicitors and Partners, and learn from the very best in the industry.

You will act for companies, banks, private individuals and financial institutions, assist clients, draft, review and negotiate transactional documentation, provide assistance on completions, manage a large and varied case load, and be engaged with marketing and business development.
