Experienced Property Lawyer -
required to succeed retiring Partner as Head of Property for a thriving 3 office firm. The successful candidate will inherit an existing residential property case-load involving sales and purchases, re-mortgages, lease extensions, shared-ownership and Help to Buy matters, together with some development work.
Knowledge of commercial property law preferred but not essential. As well as managing the team you will be responsible for the firms CQS accreditation and lender panels administration.
