The fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial & Residential Property Solicitor to join a well-regarded firm in Romford, Essex.
Due to an ongoing increase in work, there is now an opportunity for an experienced Commercial & Residential Property Solicitor (5+ years PQE) to join the well-established team.
The ideal candidate will be an ambitious Property Solicitor who will have dealt with the full range of commercial property matters, such as
such commercial estate sales and purchases, commercial leases, acquisition and disposal and lease extensions, as well as having a solid knowledge of residential property transactions.
Although you will be working alongside the existing team you must be confident in running your own files and have a client focused attitude with good commercial acumen.
Excellent prospects on offer including a competitive salary and bonus scheme, with 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays, and great scope for progression.
