Job Details
Our clients Restructuring Group is one of the largest in the UK with an enviable client base.
As part of the firm's commitment to quality, training and knowledge management, the Group is keen to recruit a Restructuring Professional Support Lawyer to provide maternity cover and to work closely with its existing KM Team.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The role will involve:
- Keeping the Group up to date with all relevant developments
- Developing standard documents, guidance notes and checklists
- Providing the Group's lawyers with technical assistance
- Supporting the Group's comprehensive training programme
- Assisting with internal and external publications and business development opportunities
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
Candidates with strong restructuring and finance experience, a high level of technical expertise and excellent communication skills are invited to apply.
They shall be pleased to consider applications from individuals either currently working in practice or already working in a PSL role, and those seeking a full or part-time position.
