Real Estate Solicitor

You will join one of the UK’s Top 20 Real Estate practices at a genuinely exciting stage in its development. In this property development & regeneration solicitor role, you will take responsibility for managing a mixed caseload of development and regeneration work, such as large scale acquisitions of development sites and asset management. You will act on behalf of both public and private sector clients, including local authorities, registered provides and housing associations. As an experienced member of the team you will be expected to take the lead on matters and supervise junior members of staff.

The ideal candidate

• Real Estate Solicitor with between 1 and 5 years PQE
• Experience of handling acquisitions of development sites preferable; failing that, high value commercial property acquisition experience will be considered
• Exposure to public sector clients highly advantageous
• Strong academics
