RTA Litigation Fee Earner - Wakefield

An exciting RTA Litigation Fee Earner role has become available with a major law firm in Wakefield. Salary paying up to £33,500.

My client is one of the largest leading law firms within the UK who are looking to recruit a RTA Litigation Fee Earner due to their continued growth and expansion. As a Litigation Fee Earner, your main responsibility will be to handle a case load of RTA Fast Track claims, whilst also showing competency with litigating in large volumes.

The successful candidate will be a confident litigator, who can take cases to trial/disposal and have sound knowledge and experience of the CPR. They should also have excellent attention to detail and can demonstrate commercial awareness.
