Employment Tribunal - Case Handler

Employment Case Handler sought by pre-eminent firm for ET caseload - Leeds, Birmingham or Glasgow


This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Employment Case Handler to join this pre-eminent national Employment team and manage a caseload of Employment Tribunal claims.

The ideal candidate will have experience of managing an Employment Tribunal caseload, ideally for Respondent clients. You will be responsible for all aspects of case preparation, including advising clients on risks, preparing all documents, negotiating settlement and instructing Counsel for hearing.

In terms of candidate requirements, a degree is essential (LPC would be ideal) and previous experience of working in a law firm would be a distinct advantage.

The ideal candidate will have experience of managing a caseload with limited supervision and will be a motivated self-starter who is a good team player. Also key is the ability to remain calm under pressure. A highly professional appearance and manner is essential.
