Fantastic opportunity to join this niche Legal 500 & Chambers listed Employment firm and deal with top quality work on behalf of blue chip clients and household companies. With offices based in the heart of Lancashire and within easy access to local motorways & rail links.

Ideally you will be an 2 - 8 Year PQE Solicitor and have experience of running your own respondent matters however good quality claimant experience will also be considered. You will be joining a team of 15 where mentoring is provided by Senior Solicitors, Associates and Partners so this is a very supportive environment where you will be allowed to flourish and develop.

The team deal with both contentious and non-contentious work and are forging a reputation for servicing large clients and providing an outstanding quality of work. The role will be dealing with mostly respondent work advising an impressive range of regional and national clients, and some individuals. You will be dealing with a wide range of employment matters including review of contracts and policies and procedures, advising on termination of employment, advising and drafting on settlement agreements, providing corporate support on commercial agreements and corporate transactions, and representation during employment tribunal cases.

Salary circa £35k - £50k plus a great benefits package which includes private healthcare, pension and childcare to name bu a few. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in a commercial environment at a top quality law firm.
