Job Details
Our client are a top tier full service commercial law firm in Thames Valley.
Their offices in Reading are seeking a Corporate Recovery & Insolvency Solicitor to join their expanding team based in Reading.
The Business Support & Insolvency group are chambers listed for their work and are reputed to assist and support insolvency practitioners, banks and asset-based lenders.
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
• Previous experience of Corporate Recovery work essential, acting primarily for Insolvency Practitioners.
• Experience preferably in both contentious and non-contentious matters (corporate and personal).
• Advocacy experience(County Court and High Court Registrars)
• Good negotiating skills.
The team of six is Partner lead with three other fee earners and two support staff.
