Our client is a well rated commercial firm which operates nationally and is Legal 500 rated. Headquartered in Hull they have a substantial profile in the Yorkshire region but also have long standing blue chip client relationships with plcs based further afield and in London so the quality of work is strong, and certainly exposure gained here has ported to Top 20 national brands for Solicitors later aspiring to a move to a higher ranked firm.

On this occasion the firm is replacing a lawyer in the commercial litigation department, whose focus is property litigation and disputes oriented around real estate. They're looking to appoint at NQ+ level and are needing that person to have a commercial litigation training, ideally though not essentially including contentious property work. Of vital importance is finding a suitable candidate who has acted for commercial clients and who will quickly learn and develop and who is enthusiastic to capitalise on support and training. A commitment to working in Hull is also important, though for a firm of this calibre some NQ candidates might want to consider a commute before relocating.
